My coaching goal when I started working at JVH in 2015 was to learn as much as possible, gain as much experience as I can and use the methods I learn in a fashion that provide results! That goal created in 2015 is still the same goal I carry into 2019.

My training goals have changed about 7 times. My training evolution looks something like this:

Athlete Performance and GPP Training: 2010-2012

Strength and Bodybuilding: 2012-2013

Hybrid Powerlifting and Strength & Conditioning: 2013-2015

Spartan Race/OCR Training and Endurance: 2015-2016

Olympic Weightlifting: 2016-2017

Hybrid Strength & Conditioning: 2017-2019

Squatober: October 2018

In 9 years, I switched my training program 7 times! My style now has been training to maintain strength, sweat enough to earn my meals and have fun with my new barbell I got for Christmas! I will hit short conditioning workouts using EMOMS and AMRAPS and also hit my lifts up to 90% depending on the day! I cannot decide what my favorite lift is because I love them all!
